Talisay council to allot budget to JVR project

CEBU, Philippines - The Talisay City council will authorize the allocation of funds for Mayor Johnny De los Reyes’ social economic development project the objective of which is to allow residents to undergo massage therapeutic course for free. 

Councilor Socrates C. Fernandez, who is the chairman of the committee on social services, said the mayor wishes to start a livelihood program to help the less privileged residents. 

The program will be supervised by Felipa T. Solana of DSWDO. 

“The honorable mayor will allocate an amount for the honorarium of trainees and trainors,” Fernandez said. â€“ (FREEMAN)
