CEBU, Philippines - A 20-year-old man while sleeping at a vacant lot at sitio Ibabao, barangay Pusok in Lapu-Lapu City yesterday morning was shot dead by another man wearing a bonnet.
John Carlo Obayan, a resident of barangay Pusok sustained a gunshot wound to the head.
PO3 Lydo Pinos of the Lapu-Lapu City police office said Obayan was shot several times. He died on the spot.
The assailant fled on a motorcycle. (FREEMAN)
