CEBU, Philippines - Cebu Provincial Police Office director Patrocinio Comendador has created two teams tasked to hunt for Joavan Fernandez, son of Talisay City Mayor Socrates Fernandez, who is being accused of shooting a gasoline station in barangay Bulacao, Talisay City last Sunday dawn.
Comendador declined to disclose the number of members each team has although he said the men come from the Talisay City Police Office and from the Provincial Intelligence Branch.
