Coach Jeff Codera to hold overnight skills training

CEBU, Philippines — Well known Cebuano basketball coach and professional skills trainer Jefferson “Jeff” Codera will be holding an overnight skills training from April 28 to May 2 at the Therrish Beach Resort in Barangay Mavilla, Tabuelan town north of Cebu.

Nicknamed “Man of a million drills” for his level of detail and ingenuity in one-on-one training, Codera carries a shining credential that includes his being a member of the NBA’s Golden State Warriors training camp for a decade now and a licensed Gold coach of USA Basketball.

 For years, he has been harnessing the ability of aspiring cagers, helping them reach their full potential.

The 43-year-old Codera offers a wide range of programs for the participants of his five-day camp aimed at enhancing their level of competency on a holistic approach.

This includes the mechanics of proper shooting, passing, and footwork, ball control, basic and advance dribbling, counter-attacking, and balancing movements to avoid injury.

Additionally, Codera will introduce the aqua and sand strengthening skills training as well as the heavy training ball to the campers.

“I have crafted an individualized training plans for the specific needs and goals of each player,” said Codera. “This is a perfect opportunity for them to develop their skills and improve their overall basketball knowledge and athleticism.”
