CEBU, Philippines - Xterra pro Joseph Miller will lead a cast of Cebuano athletes that will compete in the 2016 Xterra Albay Off-road triathlon on February 7.
After a long lay-off due to injury, Miller will once again compete in the pro open action. Miller's teammate Elmo Clarabal opted to compete in the 35-39 age group.
Rider Omega Pro's Paul Jumamil is also set to join in the age-group category, while MotorAce's Rosalito Dagoy will try his luck in the elite division.
Dagoy’s teammate in Jonel and Chipi Borromeo and Tenggoy Colmenaros are also seeing action in the event.
Singapore-based Cebuano Jundeb Esquivel has also confirmed his participation in the 30-34 class alongside Tricore's Kristian Cabahug.
Pablo Garcia III and Adrian Walag are also competing in the 35-39 division, while Evangeline Hayco is the lone female Cebuana doing the full distance. (FREEMAN)
