DBTC bags 2 more titles in Sinulog bootfest
CEBU, Philippines – The spirited booters of Don Bosco Technology Center added two more trophies to their haul in this year's Sinulog Football Festival at their home turf yesterday.
After sweeping the boys under-13, under-15 and unisex under-7 titles, the Bosconians reigned supreme in the under-9 and men's 45-above categories.
DBTC snared the under-9 crown at the expense of its sister squad, Don Bosco Barca, 2-0.
Later in the day, the DBTC Alumni bested their Abellana National School counterparts to lord it over the 45-above class.
The University of San Carlos, on the other hand, went away with the men's open plum after beating the University Southern Philippines Foundation, 1-0.
Paref-Springdale topped the boys 18 category after overpowering USPF, 2-0, while Tayud FC clinched the girls tiara after edging out San Roque FC, 1-0.
Saint Theresa's College, on the other hand, claimed the girls 15 diadem. (FREEMAN)
