Gaisano Country Mall's Anniversary Run set October 25

CEBU, Philippines - Close to P70,000 cash prize are up for grabs in this year’s edition of the Gaisano Country Mall’s anniversary run on October 25 starting and ending at the mall’s grounds.

Fitness buffs have the option to race in either in the 5K, 10K, 15K and 21K categories.

More than being part of its 22nd anniversary celebration, the organizers are excited about having this fund-raising activity event for the benefit of Operation Mobilisation-Philippines.

OM-Philippines helps poor children who are living along port areas and other oppressed places in Cebu. They conduct feeding programs; give scholarship, tribal group outreach, children’s ministry and relief development projects.

Meanwhile, all 21K finishers and first 100 finishers in the 15K will receive specially-designed medals.

There will also be a special prize for the runner who can break last year’s record time in the premier division.

Entry fee is pegged at P450 for 5K, P550 for 10K, P650 for 15K and P750 for 21K inclusive of post-race refreshment, loot bag, singlet and raffle ticket.

Registration is now ongoing at the Gaisano Country Mall’s customer service area and RUNNR at the Active Zone of Ayala Center Cebu.
