5,000 runners expected to join 5th SM2SM Run
CEBU, Philippines - The organizers of the fifth installment of the SM2SM Run is expecting 5,000 runners to participate on February 22. The race will start and endt at the SM City Cebu grounds.
This after the total number of entries have already reached more than 4,000 at this moment. With this, they are confident that they can surpass the total number of participants last year.
"We are now aiming to hit 5,000 runners and we are confident that we will reach the target," said RJ Leduna, SM Supermall's PR manager for Visayas-Mindanao.
Meanwhile, registrations for 21K and 12K have already closed as majority of the runners are enlisted in the said categories.
Those who still want to join can register under the 6K and 3K class. Registration fee is pegged at P400 for the 6K and 3K inclusive of the race shirt, refreshments and gift packs.
Registration is still going on at the upper ground floor of SM City Cebu and Sports Avenue near Sunburst. (FREEMAN)
