Triathlon camp at SHS-Ateneo
CEBU, Philippines - Aspiring triathletes, kids and adults alike, will have an avenue to improve their skills in this three-in-one sport through a Tri Camp on March 24-26 at the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu in Mandaue City.
The camp will be handled by national coach Melvin Fausto, an ITU level 2 coach who is also art of the Asian Triathlon Confederation coaching committee.
Fausto conducted a similar camp last year, but mainly for the participants of the supertrikids only.
The upcoming tri camp will involve skills, techniques and rules of triathlon.
The three-day camp will culminate with a race covering 350-meter swim, 15K bike and 3K run.
Early bird fee, for those who will register until February 15, is pegged at P1,500 for adults and P1,000 for kids. The fee is inclusive of camp shirt, medals and recovery food. (FREEMAN)
