Naga lane closed for triathlon

CEBU, Philippines — At least seven hours of closure will be implemented in one lane running through the City of Naga for the 5150 Triathlon that will be held in the city on April 28.

With this, Jonathan “Joy” Tumulak, focal person on traffic management of the Cebu Capitol, reminded the passengers to expect heavy traffic in the south that day especially since many are expected to return to Cebu City from their southern hometowns.

Tumulak urged the public to travel early to avoid the traffic.

The whole stretch of one lane --from barangay Tinaan to Barangay Inayagan-- will be closed starting 5 a.m. to noon.
