CEBU, Philippines - A former member of the defunct Integrated National Police was found dead with stab wounds just a few meters away from his residence at Sitio Camaso, Barangay Giwang, Alcoy town past 10 p.m. on Friday.
Police Officer 3 Andy Gornez, desk officer of Alcoy Police Station, identified the fatality as Peo Hil Kosaro Sage Romarate, 59.
