Operation Smile in Cebu on February 16

The Mariquita Salimbangon Yeung Charitable Foundation, Inc. (MSYCFI) is proud to bring Operation Smile once again to Cebu, which it has been doing for the last 21 years now. Registration starts on February 16, 2019 (Saturday), with final screening from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Surgery will start on February 17 until February 22 (Monday to Friday), venue is the Visayas Community Medical Center (VCMC) along Jones Avenue, Cebu City.

Operation Smile, the worldwide organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children born with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities through free reconstructive surgery, has been conducting its outreach activities in Cebu since 1998 under the sponsorship of the Mariquita Salimbangon Yeung Charitable Foundation, Inc.
