PAL ticket office in Jones

PEOPLE PLACES - Flor S. YNCLINO - The Freeman

A new ticket office has been opened by Philippine Airlines in Jones Avenue, at the Almase Building. The very commodious office, spic and span, on opening day had for honored guests Atty. Teodoro Almase (owner of the building), PAL Officer-in-Charge Harry Inoferio, Area Head Visayas Sales Chris Lebumfacil, and assisting, Victor Suarez, Sales and Service Manager of the Jones Ticket Office.

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Father Ramon Echica blessed the premises. Immediately after the rites, a sumptuous lunch was served to a hundred guests.

It may be recalled that PAL last month inaugurated its flights to Osaka and Nagoya, Japan - a treat for Cebuanos who want to go to Japan, with four weekly direct flights to Osaka and three times a week to Nagoya. Congratulations!
