Vietnamese-Thai Restaurant Turns 9

CEBU, Philippines – Every Cebuano's favorite and go-to Thai and Vietnamese restaurant, Lemon Grass, just turned 9 last December 18. In light of the anniversary, the Laguna Group treated members of the media to an intimate lunch. Favorite Thai and Vietnamese dishes such as the best-selling Pad Thai, Tom Yam Thale (sour and spicy seafood soup), Goi Cuon (Vietnamese fresh summer rolls), and Kaeng Curry Puai (beef in red curry), among many others.

A complimentary dessert platter was then served to all diners that day in gratitude for their continued support. The dessert platter came with fresh fruits, Wum Ma Praow (coconut juice and meat jelly with lychee), and a pandan crepe that had young coconut as the filling, drizzled with coco caramel and topped with a scoop of ice cream.

Lemon Grass is definitely one of Cebu's premier restaurants, offering nothing but the best dishes that pack a punch and keep diners coming back for more. It is located on the ground floor of The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu.

Lopez Street, in Labangon this city, immediately after the Sunday Holy Mass.

On the same day, Rev. Fr. Eligeo Suico, Parish priest of Virgen de los Remedios Parish, blessed the comfort rooms for the parishioners which were also donated by the same Knight Council.

According to Erny Elizondo, there are still a lot of incoming projects that they are planning for the benefit of the parishioners of Virgen de los Remedios Parish.
