Far from the usual celebration in the past, 3rd District Representative Gwendolyn "Gwen" Garcia opted to celebrate her birthday bash last October 12 at a cozy but comfortable place - JazzNBluz - where relatives and close friends converged to sing and dance after a sumptuous dinner.
Heading the guest list were Gwen's parents - former Deputy Speaker Pablo Garcia and his lady, Ret. Judge Inday Garcia; her children - Carissa who came all the way from LA; Cristina and husband Mayor Duke Frasco; only son Paolo and wife Michelle; brothers - former Rep. Pablo John, Nelson and Marlon; a special friend from Subic, Mayor Ray Khongbun; Mayor Michael Rama, Congressman Benhur Salimbangon; some mayors and officials from the 3rd district; and of course, Gwen's former high school classmates from Class '73 at STC.
The birthday girl Gwen was in high spirits fleeting from table to table inviting everyone to participate in the singing and dancing to make the fun-filled affair meaningful and memorable… ever! GBU
