With Chef Stan Tanchan at its helm, Flavors by Tanny's bestsellers include its Flavors Kaldereta Special (free range goat stewed in Flavors' own sauce), Flavors Oxtail Stew (imported US oxtail sautéed in Flavors' signature sauce) and Live Lapu-lapu (either steamed in soy sauce, sweet & sour sauce or deep fried).
Its innovative "Poh"chero also stands out as a must-try Flavors specialty dish, which is basically pochero made with Vietnamese rice noodles.
Flavor's Chichaprawn also stands out as a unique-to-Flavors menu highlight, which - as its name already implies - is deep fried shrimp breaded in pork chicharon.
Their Tanny's Organic House Salad, Flavors Ginger Chicken Stew and Truffle Carbonara are also impressive Flavors specialties, each made with a discerning degree of care and concern that's sure to spark interests and sate gastronomic fancies.
