QI Mandaue and CTCSA... In Focus

PEOPLE PLACES - Flor S. YNCLINO - The Freeman

Quota International Mandaue did their sharing of love for the victims of the earthquake and super typhoon Yolanda. Yes, the Quotarians prepared and packed rice, bottled water, beef loaf, corned beef, sardines, mongo, dried fish, and noodles. There were also mats, blankets, canvass for their tents and medicines as well.

The job was fast and easy because it was done out of LOVE. With happy hearts the Quotarians personally went to Maribojoc in Bohol and Daanbantayan, north of Cebu, to distribute the goods.

Not too long from now, the Quotarians of QI Mandaue will donate 12 bankas to be used for fishing as livelihood in San Remegio, Cebu.

For the Quotarians of Mandaue…to God be the glory!

The Board Members of the Cebu Rehabilitation Center for the Specially-Abled (CTCSA) had a lunch-get-together with its 12 scholars and their instructors. The CTCSA, in cooperation with the SHS Jesuit Technical Skills and Training Center in Talamban, Cebu, is promoting a one-year Vocational Training Scholarship to high school graduates from marginalized families. Interested individuals may inquire at their offices at telephone number (032)3459614.
