It was a double celebration for Anthony Ballreich when he hosted an intimate dinner at his newly-furnished joint…his very own Siam Restaurant…a week ago. The handsome Anthony, with that boyish tilt in his eyes, turned a year older…and what's more significant was, his Siam resto turned five, too. Reason for that small gathering of close friends from the media. Oh yes, the host is a favorite guy to the media dudes knowing he's very accommodating and always wearing a smile. He presented his three chefs to us, namely: Chanon Piachar, Worachat Yutthaisong and Suphap Tubhongsa.
Siam Restaurant, by the way, has new offerings on its 5th year. The enriched cuisine is famous all over the world. At Siam Thai cuisine, Ayala Terraces, the tradition continues. Now on its 5th year, Siam happily introduces new dishes by its true-blue Thai chef to tease the palate of its international clientele like the following: Fried Lobster garlic, Steamed Seafood Curry (signature dish), Buttered Fish in Garlic, Thai Chicken Kawali and Hot Prawn with Fruit Salad.
