Janna Turns ONE!

For an afternoon of fun, fun, fun, Janna Elysse, the only daughter of Jon Erik and Janeen (neé Almendras) Quisumbing, celebrated a Raggedy Ann and Andy themed FIRST birthday party held at the grand ballroom of the Cebu Country Club. Ever so cute and charming, Janna Elysse came fully dressed as an absolutely adorable little rag doll complete with red yarn for hair and striped stockings.

Hosted by the Gymboree group, exciting surprises and entertainment included music instrument play for all age groups, interactive dancing, find-a-partner Raggedy picture game, a Raggedy photo hunt and a parachute canopy for everyone to hide underneath. Other activities were a fun photo booth catered by SayCheese, a create-a-face activity, a piñata game and a pabitin, which everyone most especially the kiddies enjoyed! Even grandmother Lita had a surprise Zumba group dance number as well as Janna’s cousins, Jacod and Jared who danced to the beat! That was truly entertaining for everyone present!

Janna’s mother, who created such a fantastic spread, creatively personalized the dessert table! Handouts were Raggedy caddies filled with sweets/treats and Raggedy stools, which were flown in directly from Manila. Other take-me-home presents were cookies in a basket, noisemakers, balloon animals and party hats. It was such an amazing party and I wish you, Janna Elysse, a happy, happy birthday, a wonderful and happy life ahead, and ofcourse, many more birthdays to come!
