Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu's GM Lyle Lewis led the officers of the hotel in introducing their newest offering of Feria - the Lauriat Menu. For a minimum of 10 people per table, one can enjoy a sumptuous authentic lauriat dinner prepared by Radisson's three mainstay Chinese chefs : Chef "Peter" Yeung Siu Man, Dimsum Chef "Eric" Zeng Zi Liang, and La Mien (noodle puller) Chef Li Baojiang. There are varied set menus that one can choose for the Lauriat - 48-hour reservation is recommended. Special arrangements for Lauriat can be made with sufficient time allowance.
Invited to the launching of Lauriat Menu were friends from the media, SM VP Marissa Fernan and her mom Elo Fernan, and a host of prominent ladies in the society circle. Of course, the guests enjoyed every bit of the Lauriat lunch they savored during the launch.
