Cesar Salimbangon had a birthday to celebrate and to make the celebration more memorable, sister Mariquita S. Yeung and husband Carlos with Cesar's wife Fely, had a double event that night. They had to coincide the party with the farewell party for the Operation Smile volunteers. So it came our to be a very big happening for the birthday boy and the foreign visitors.
It's a cinch that when Belinda Wong's birthday comes, dear hubby Ahoy Wong plays host to a dinner bash. This time, the dinner cum dancing was held at their well-manicured gardens in Tipolo, Mandaue. Belinda was doubly happy with the presence of her parents Luis and Virginia Cuizon who came from Tennessee, USA to attend the wedding of her sister Carren who married Michael Remedio. And of course, Belinda never forgets to give to the less fortunate packed food on her birthday.
