Patrick and Gina Tie The Knot

Patrick Earl Benedicto met the pretty Gina Annemarie Perez in California some two years ago. After a few months of dating, both, so in love with each other, decided to tie the knot at Morgan Hill, California.

Patrick who comes from the prominent Basubas and Benedicto families both of Mandaue and Cebu cities used to be one of the “star players” of the Negros Slashers during the MBA days and had a short stint with the PBA. On the other hand, Gina is the second of four siblings who grew up in a farm with her grandparents who migrated to the United States from Italy several years ago. She finished a doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Patrick and Gina met through a blind date which was set up by a mutual friend. And from then on, seeing each other so often was a thing both of them looked forward to every single day. According to Gina, before she met Patrick, she only used to eat rice once in three months. Now, she owns three rice cookers. I don’t know if it’s good or bad, but one thing is for sure, the newlyweds will surely be a few pounds heavier when they come to Cebu on January.
