Liloan town’s hunky, young and articulate Mayor Duke Frasco was beaming with joy when he celebrated his 27th birthday with his family, friends and honored guests, headed by no less than Governor Gwen Garcia, at the Sunflower Vacation House in Liloan.
The invitation read 7pm. By six, a downpour! The heavenly waters all throughout that evening never dampened everyone’s spirit to celebrate the special day of Mayor Duke. In fact, a downpour of obvious love and support for him was transparent as almost everyone in the guest list made it to that special evening with hopes and wishes for good health and more blessings for the celebrator by his cousins and reminisced their happy and memorable experiences during their younger days. Of course, the celebrator responded with a sincere thank you to all.
Adding fun to the happy occasion was one of the metro’s favorite showband, the Firelights Band, which provided the night’s musical entertainment and definitely kept the party mood despite the not so cooperative weather. A spectacular fireworks display ended the evening. Happy birthday, Mayor Duke! May you have many more happy years to come!
