Breaks continue to pour in for ‘Dead Kids’ star Vance Larena
Someone close to Ms. Susan Roces denies the veteran actress scolded Coco Martin because of the playful water-throwing he does on the set of “Ang Probinsyano.”
Our source claims Tita Susan never saw a water-throwing incident involving Coco and the people involved in the series. So if there was no water-throwing incident then there is no reason to talk to Coco about it.
Meanwhile, the nightly episodes of “Ang Probinsyano” are getting to be very interesting. Personally, we don’t agree with the twist that Lorna Tolentino as the First Lady is manipulating the President (played by Rowell Santiago). But it seems the loyal viewers of the show don’t mind this story arc since “Ang Probinsyano” continues to rate well.

Kapamilya actor Vance Larena might just be on the threshold of what could be the biggest break of his career. After an impressive performance in “Dead Kids” directed by Mikael Red, he is playing the lead in an upcoming Erik Matti film under Reality Entertainment.
We saw this post of Vance on his Instagram account: “This is an ultimate dream come true for me. I have been speaking ‘I’m gonna work with Erik Matti’ into existence ever since I fell in love with his films and now it’s ‘effin happening. I never imagined that the role would be this big. Thank you, Lord! Thank you universe! Let’s do this.”
Vance had been waiting for a big break to come his way. He has gone a long way after his performance was noticed in two movies: “Bar Boys” and “Bakwit Boys.” This T-Rex Entertainment contract star deserves to be given a break.
He was cast by ABS-CBN in the teleserye “Nang Ngumiti ang Langit” and was the featured actor in two episodes of “Maalaala Mo Kaya” for which he also received praise for his performances.
He is currently shooting a film under Black Sheep with Ms. Pia Wurtzbach and Vhong Navarro. He is also taping for an international series under a giant entertainment company.
Vance is also set to release his first single under ABS-CBN Music/Star Pop. Currently streaming in iWant are “Hush” and “Story of My Life” which he is also a part of. The star of “Bakwit Boys” is going places indeed!
