CEBU, Philippines - Oomph Radio 105.1 Cebu, Nice Paminawon! stages its grand launch this Sunday, 4 p.m. at The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu. Its crew of young, bubbly and quirky disc jockeys Ru, Angeli, EJ, Earl, Kim and Chop will host the afternoon celebration.
The country’s most sought-after artists James Reid, Nadine Lustre, Yassi Pressman, Andre Paras, Donnalyn Bartolome, Sheyee, Thyro, Yumi, Jeric Medina, and MJ Cayabyab together with some of the most exciting new artists from Cebu are set to entertain the crowd.
VIVA Entertainment will also hold a special audition at the venue from 10 a.m. till the program starts.
DYUR (105.1 FM), also known as Oomph! Radio 105.1, is an FM radio station with a CHR and OPM format. The station is managed by VIVA Live’s Ultimate Entertainment Inc. in Cebu City. Its newly upgraded digital transmitter radiates 10,000 watts all over Metro Cebu, the entire Cebu province, Bohol, Negros Region, and Southern Leyte.
The station plays foreign contemporary hits, OPM and songs from Cebu’s burgeoning music scene catering to the 13-35 years old demographic in lower B, C, D and E market of the Visayas.
Backed up by Viva’s multimedia assets in film, television and artist management, Oomph! Radio is poised to spearhead movie premieres, concerts and events in Cebu.
