Psalmstre bigwig joins showbiz

CEBU, Philippines - Aside from making skin-whitening and anti-aging skincare products, Psalmstre chief executive officer and president Jim Acosta recently keeps himself busy in showbiz. This, after the fast-rising boyband Good Vibes signed as new endorsers for Olive-C, the right skincare product for teenagers.

According to Jim, he chose this all-male band because it is the hottest newcomer in the entertainment industry. “Good Vibes has created quite a stir as entertainers because they all sing very well. The members are very popular both in their mall shows and in the social media. I first met Good Vibes during the guesting of the Mr. and Ms. Olive-C finalists on the set of ‘The Master Showman Walang Tulugan’ with Kuya Germs last May. Their manager Jovan dela Cruz happens to be my friend and the designer of my suits,” said Jim.

“After that introductory meeting, I followed the group. I found out that their mall shows are well-supported by fans. They are also popular on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking sites. I need performers like them who can attract people,” he added.

Good Vibes performs every Saturday on “The Master Showman.” Some of their members also appear in ABS-CBN teleseryes. They are also busy with mall shows in Manila and nearby cities and provinces. As the newest Olive-C endorsers, Good Vibes performs on Videokehan Singing Contest in supermarkets in and outside Metro Manila. Jim also planned to bring this activity here in Cebu and other key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, as a way of saying thank you to its customers for using Psalmstre beauty products, especially Olive-C and New Placenta for men and women. – Rich Salibay (FREEMAN)
