CIDFF hosts Cine Cebu workshop

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu International Documentary Film Festival (CIDFF) partners with the International Institute for Film and Broadcast Arts (IIFA) to host a Seminar-Workshop for young filmmakers through the Cine Cebu Program.  The two-day filmmaking workshop will cover modules on directing and cinematography, television commercials and documentary film production.

Cine Cebu Workshop is scheduled on October 25 and 26 at Handuraw Pizza Events Café, Gorordo Ave.

Manila-based IIFA program-director and theatre enthusiast, Crispo Mojica will be the mentor and resource person. Mojica has 15 years of experience in the production of TV commercials. He pioneered the Philippines’ first TV Commercial Directing Workshop and directed and shot TV commercials in Manila, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, Malaysia and Cambodia.

Cine Cebu will teach and train students about directing, producing and marketing films. The workshop is part of CIDFF’s educational program to promote filmmaking and hone skills of Cebu filmmakers.
