Jed Madela in Cebu on Sept. 30

CEBU, Philippines - Kapamilya singer Jed Madela who was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame of the World Championships of Performing Arts, will do a live performance come Sept. 30 at the Northwing Atrium in SM City Cebu.
In 2005, Madela became the first Filipino to win as grand champion in the WCOPA, besting 3,000 other international contestants.
After years with Universal Records, Madela inked a contract with the music recording company of ABS-CBN. Madela is now a contract artist of the Kapamilya record label, Star Records. His new album “All Original” features songs, which according to Jed, are new and far from usual. “Everything sounds different and the songs express different feelings. Actually, each one can be a potential single on its own,” said Jed.
True to its title, Jed’s first album under Star Records features 10 original tracks including his carrier single ‘Ikaw Na,’ ‘Wish,’ ‘When Love Once Was Beautiful,’ ‘Dito Lang,’ ‘Ipinapangako Ko,’ ‘Sa Habang Buhay,’ ‘Dalangin Ko,’ ‘Will Forever,’ ‘Home To You,’ and Jed’s very own composition titled ‘Tanging Ikaw.’ The album also contains bonus mixes of ‘Wish’ and ‘Dito Lang.’
Apart from this new project, the singer is celebrating his 10th anniversary in the music industry this year.
