Shang Properties builds first posh condo in Cebu

CEBU, Philippines — Shang Properties, Inc., (SPI) builds over a thousand luxury residential condominiums, along the tree-lined neighborhood of Bauhinia Drive in the Banilad area of Cebu City.

Called the Shang Bauhinia Residences, the ultra-upscale 52-story vertical village is expected to be completed by the second half of 2031.

Shang Bauhinia Residences’ unit price starts at P10 million.

The project is designed in collaboration with internationally renowned firms P&T Group, CASAS + Architects Inc., and FM Architettura, combining luxury and functionality, offering residents the personalized experience Shang Properties is known for.
