CEBU, Philippines —  Residential property builder Primary Homes is leading the trend in meeting the increasing demand for condo living in southern part of Cebu.

The company targets to turn-over 182 units of the Almond Drive Courtyards Walk-up Condo by first quarter of 2022.

Located at the 1.5 hectare Almond Drive subdivion in Talisay City near SRP district, Primary Homes vice president for sales and marketing Ramero Espina revealed that the pandemic has brought in new set of buyers to the condo living market, and these are the younger bunch.

The interest in living outside the dense urban areas is more defined now following the encouraging sales turnout of this first condo project in the southern part of Metro Cebu.

Started in 2019, Almond Drive offers resort-inspired condo living with its progressive and investment-worthy location, giving all investors access to the neighboring SM Seaside City, IL Corso, Isla de la Victoria, South Coast City, Mactan International Airport via the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway, and other point of interests in southern Cebu.

Almond Drive is a two-phase development made up of townhouses and courtyards walk-up condo units with a total sales value of almost P700 million.

“Our project management team and our Primary Group of Builders (PGB) affiliates are making sure that the project is on track despite pandemic disruptions. Our construction is in full swing. We are finalizing our turnover preparations and we will be ready by first quarter of 2022 as scheduled,” shared Espina.

The townhouse units are already completed and construction is in full swing for the other Courtyards buildings as well. The whole development will be completed by mid of next year.

The Almond Drive condo in Talisay City is the fourth walk-up series project introduced by Primary Homes.

Unit prices, which range from P1.7 million to P6 million are all in and inclusive of parking -- motorcycle parking for studio units, and carpark for both one bedroom and two-bedroom units.

The property features studio as well as one and two bedroom floor plans with size ranging from 14 sq m to 53 sq m.

Espina said the company is also drawing up plans to build vertical villages in the southern part of Cebu.
