CEBU, Philippines — Aiming to provide its customers with premium and top class aftersales service, Nissan Philippines, in partnership with Gateway Motors, has opened its newest Nissan Cebu South Service Center in Cebu City on Friday, October 18.

The center, which sits on a 5,433-square-meter property on V. Rama Street, is Nissan’s biggest service and spare parts facility in the country.

Atsushi Najima, Nissan Philippines President and Managing Director, said Nissan built the facility “to provide an excellent customer service after they purchase a Nissan vehicle, to make sure that they retain excitement, enjoyment, and security.”

The center’s customer lounge boasts of a free all-day café buffet where customers can spend quality time while availing of Nissan’s services that include periodic maintenance, general repair, air-conditioning, body repair and painting, wheel alignment, body detailing, rust proofing.

The center also provides a full line of Nissan genuine parts and accessories.

Aside from top-notch aftersales service, Nissan still dominates the pick-up truck segment of the automotive industry, thanks to their top-selling model, the Nissan Navara.

Incidentally, Gateway Motors is also celebrating its 15th anniversary in the automotive sales industry, said its chairman and CEO Markane Gojo.

Gateway Motors is one of Nissan’s top business partners in the country. It started its operations back in October of 2004 with only 20 employees at its first branch in Cebu. (FREEMAN)
