Filinvest turns over condo units to buyers

CEBU, Philippines - San Remo Oasis buyers can now enjoy the luxurious coastal lifestyle they have been waiting for as Filinvest has turned over condominium units from buildings 5 and 6 to the owners last February 22.

Every unit underwent meticulous inspection to ensure it passes the quality standards that Filinvest Land is known for.

San Remo is a cluster of eight five storey buildings targeted for the upper and middle class market. Units from three more buildings will be handed over by March 2014.

Inspired by the coastal town at Liguria on the Italian Riviera, San Remo Oasis is the second residential cluster to be developed at the master-planned coastal development of Citta di Mare at South Road Properties (SRP).

Citta di Mare, designed to be an Italian-inspired retreat by the sea, is a joint venture of Filinvest Land and the Cebu City government.

San Remo Oasis, a 3.48-hectare development, offers studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units with floor areas ranging from 22 sq m. to 45 sq m. About 90 percent of the 753 units from the five buildings were already sold to date.

Since more than 65 percent of the total property is allocated for open spaces and lush gardens, residents can bask in the fresh sea breeze and calming view of the ocean while enjoying a waterfront lifestyle. It boasts of bike lanes, 20-meter-wide landscaped walkways and car-free zones; making it a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood.

Apart from San Remo’s plush community and amenities, Citta di Mare also features the Piazza, the central activity area of the residential enclave.

Right across the South Coastal Road is the 10.6 hectare Il Corso, which offers waterfront activities

for the whole family to enjoy like a stroll on the boardwalk and dinner overlooking the sea.

The first of its kind in Cebu and the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao regions, Citta di Mare, which translates to "city by the sea", is one of the most anticipated entertainment and culture hubs down south.
