Mantek donates cleaning products for relief ops

The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines - Mantek, a division of NCH Philippines a manufacturer of environmentally and user-friendly specialty maintenance chemical products, supported relief operations for typhoon Yolanda survivors by donating cleaning products to Villamor Airbase, the "Mecca of Relief" for the survivors.

Villamor airbase is still a’ buzz with Yolanda Relief activities.  The transport of evacuees and survivors from Leyte to Manila are facilitated through the C130s and upon arrival, they are given food, registered for possible relocation and given goods and services such as hygienic products, counseling, medical check- up and even change of clothes as some had not bathed in days.

Mantek thought it timely to pay Villamor a visit.  Coming from a typhoon-wrought disaster area, clean surroundings, will be relief enough.

Mantek’s sales representative Maie Opao in coordination with Col. Libago Deputy-in-charge and Major Leopoldo Acerden (in photo) arranged a visit where 200 L of Mantek Fectant 3 FS (food safe), a cleaner, disinfectant and deodorizer was given.  This product may be used to sanitize the grandstand and gym areas where the busiest relief efforts are held.

This is an effective product that cleans fast while maintaining a germ-free environment.

NCH Philippines is a company that is passionate about helping clean up the environment.  The company has volunteered to support Villamor‘s Yolanda Relief Operations by supplying more Mantek Fectant 3 FS as needed  (FREEMAN)
