Primary Homes tops off Eagles’ Nest

The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines - Primary Homes, Inc., the region’s reliable partner in real estate development, has topped off its residential condominium the Eagles’ Nest last December 12  in Canduman, Mandaue City.

PrimaryHomes keeps its promise to deliver the project on time and topping off signals the near completion of the project ensuring unit owners the chance to move in before the start of the school year 2014–2015.

“Since we’re right on schedule with our construction, the turnover of units will start by the third quarter of 2014,” said Ramero Espina, vice president for Sales & Marketing of Primary Homes.

“We launched the project last June 2012 and is already 60% sold. We expect the sales to spike as the project nears completion,” added Espina.

The Eagles’ Nest is primarily catered towards students and faculty of the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) as a school-endorsed alternative living arrangement. Interested buyers and investors can choose among the modular studio units and two-level loft units. Situated right beside the school, the project hopes to ease traffic along the Talamban to Canduman route during rush hour. Students and faculty would definitely be enticed to walk to the school with a dedicated access connecting the school and the condominium. It also boasts of enriching amenities for its prospect residents offering an observation deck, themed lounge per floor, convenience stores, and tutorial centers.

Interested buyers may visit the showroom of the Eagles’ Nest at the  second floor of  the Trade Building of SHS-AdC, near Gate 2. The showroom will be moved to the new condominium by February 2014. (FREEMAN)
