InfraMac to launch new line at Phil Construct

CEBU, Philippines - InfraMachineries (InfraMac), a leading provider of construction tools and equipment, will launch its new line of equipment during the third and final leg of PhilConstruct 2013 series to be held on November 6 to 9, which will be held simultaneously at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia Complex and World Trade Center in Pasay City. 

InfraMac is the exclusive distributor of  Doosan Infracore products, a South Korean line of construction equipment. It also carries top brands in the construction machinery and mining industries such as Everdigm, Zoomlion and Sandvik.

InfraMac president Eduardo Trinidad said that the company aims to support the booming construction sector in the country by “making the right insight and most advanced equipment available.”

“The Philippines’ construction sector continues to show robust growth,” he said.

In the second quarter of 2013, the National Statistics Office reported a total of  29,424 construction projects based on approved building permits in the country.

Residential and non-residential projects generated P32.60 billion and P28.50 billion, respectively. Last year, around 121,051 new construction projects from approved building permits were recorded. It posted an increase of 7.2 percent compared with 112,881 construction projects in 2011.

Trinidad also said the company is confident on its new line of  equipment that will meet the growing needs of developers.

He added that InfraMac remains bullish that a strong economy will lead to improved infrastructure, thus paving the way for sustainable and inclusive development.

As one of the major exhibitors at PhilConstruct, the company is expected to showcase its products and services to 50,000 visitors, including the largest network of industry professionals, in a single venue.

PhilConstruct is an annual trade fair featuring leading-edge construction equipment, technology, and services.

In the Visayas region, around 225 companies introduced over 1,000 new products to the Cebuano market during the regional leg of  PhilConstruct 2013 series held last June 6 to 8 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino. — (FREEMAN)
