CEBU, Philippines - Felina Joyce Lim, presently the Operations Manager of Body and Sole has joined the search for Miss Silka-Cebu 2013.
Miss Lim is a registered nurse by profession and a certified spa trainor under the helm of the PUM---a government program of The Netherlands.
Prior to joining the pageant, she has embarked on a few modeling assignments here and in Baguio City where she took up her BSN degree at the St. Louis University.
