CEBU, Philippines - A new business process outsourcing (BPO) tower shall rise adjacent to Ayala Center Cebu in Cebu Business Park.

The ACC Corporate Center will break ground at 4 in the afternoon today, January 30, at the west entry of Ayala Center Cebu. The ceremonies will be led by Ayala Land, Inc. president Antonino Aquino, and Cebu Holdings, Inc. president Francis Monera.

Envisioned to be a Grade-A building meeting requirements of BPO locators, the development will open employment opportunities to more than 3,000 Cebuanos. Expected to be completed on year 2015, the project has a total of 41,996 square meters gross floor area, having 12 levels of office spaces and two levels of retail shops.

To cater to the growing demand of office spaces set in dynamic environments, the ACC Corporate Center is designed as an integrated part of the mall. The new building shall be connected through its retail and parking podium, amplifying the ease and convenience of its location, and embracing the “live, work and play” lifestyle.

Owned and developed by Cebu Holdings, Inc., the establishment will soon add to the flourishing economic skyline at Cebu Park District. Cebu Park District is the unified branding identity of Cebu Business Park and Cebu I.T. Park.

Contributing to the vibrant integrated, mixed-use, master planned community of Cebu Business Park, ACC Corporate Center will be amongst current developments 1016 Residences, Park Point Residences, Sedona Parc, Solinea and Ayala Center Cebu’s new wing. (FREEMAN)
