Our bodys metabolism is at its optimum between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.which is when we should have the days heaviest meal. So those 12-to-3 lunches are nutritionally correct; they just have to be tweaked a little bit to maybe 11-to-2 to stay within the metabolic optimum.
