Just when some people (this one included) thought that reelected Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos hied off to a nearby Asian city with her husband, Sen. Ralph Recto (on his last term that ends on June 30), and family for a well-deserved breather after a hectic campaign…guess what Funfare got from its e-mail the other day  yes, photos of Vilma and Ralph with son Ryan Christian in Las Vegas.
