[Title] => That big, ugly incident
[Summary] => All motoring journalists are up in arms about the mayhem that took place a few days ago involving a couple of young motoring journalists.
Though invited to the event, I could not go because of previous commitments, but several colleagues from the print media, and even my own television crew were there. The economy drive and sports activity pitted the winners of this years Isuzu Challenge legs in Cebu, Bacolod and Isabela along with some newcomers for the honor of defending their records or breaking their previous ones. The contest was swamped with 52 contestants vying for economy drive records for the 119.6-kilometer trip from Fort Bonifacio in Taguig to the Shell station in San Juan, Batangas.
