Rudolf Keikut, 55, is currently detained at the BI jail in Bicutan, Taguig City while awaiting deportation proceedings.

He was arrested last Nov. 30 in Davao City.

Immigration Commissioner Alipio Fernandez Jr. said Keikut will be put in the bureau’s blacklist to prevent him from returning to the Philippines.
