They were either issued Temporary Operator's Permits or fined.
Vice Mayor Aberdovey Belleza, who heads the TrafCom, said the violations included false plate numbers, unregistered vehicles, among others.
Trafcom would continue the function even after LTO leaves the city, said Belleza.
