Dizon, who has been extensively writing about Tarlac and Kapampangan history, also chairs the TSU-CTS.

Gilbert Teodoro Jr., Benigno Aquino III and Jesli Lapus, representing the provinces three congressional districts, and this citys mayor, Genaro Mendoza.
