It’s that time of the year when school’s out and people mysteriously disappear from work, only to return with a telling tan.

It has been said that starting small is perhaps the best way to climb to the top. We met some of them at the recently concluded Food Expo 07 mounted by Premiere Events at the World Trade Center.
