Tabelin, who is popularly known as "Kartabz" to her friends, filed her COC for mayor shortly before noon yesterday at the office of the election officer in Toledo.

Si Tabelin kinsa nailhan sa tawag nga "kartabz" sa iyang mga higala miduso sa iyang COC pagka-mayor kagahapon pasado alas 11:00 sa buntag diha sa buhatan sa election officer sa Toledo.
