The Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) yesterday announced that the Swiss Federal Supreme Court had denied with finality an appeal of close Marcos associates I.B. Gimenez and his wife Fe Roa-Gimenez to prevent the transfer to the Philippine government of the $8.6-million GEI Inc. account deposited with the Adler Bank based in Zurich.
