Superintendent Salvador Manga, chief of the provincial police criminal investigation unit, identified the suspects as Thomas Joseph Deassy and his Filipino wife, Virginia Deassy, and their alleged accomplice, James Paul Kelly.

The suspect’s safehouse in Barangay Villa Viniegas, Llanera, Nueva Ecija, was raided over the weekend.
