Sultan Kudarat police director Superintendent Abubakar Mangelen told reporters the two slain men had been implicated in various crimes, including car theft and armed robbery.

Abdul and Maliga also handled the Pentagon gang’s extortion activities in Sultan Kudarat, he added.
