In an administrative complaint filed before the NTC, the countrys second largest broadcast company questioned the merger of Central CATV, Inc. (SkyCable), Philippine Home Cable Holdings, Inc. (Home Cable), and Pilipino Cable Corp. (Sun Cable), branding this as unconstitutional.
