Southern Lights Inc., a subsidiary of Singapore-based Internet broadcasting
company KIDZ-TV.com and one of the largest players in the Asian animation

Southern Lights president and CEO Devan Nair said the company plans to start
operations at the IBM Plaza building in the country's first animation
